Old matted mattresses, a wooden dresser and piles of dirty clothes cover one well-traveled Oakland street near a popular park.
"It's all over Oakland," said Gideon Hall Michael, an Oakland resident. "You can call and they'll clean that up and it'll be back there the next day."
Illegal dumping is not a new problem in Oakland, but it's one that's growing.

When I brought a building in a gentrifying neighborhood. Every day my building got new garbage thrown in front of it. took me like 2 weeks before they stop throwing it there. I kept picking up the garbage etc.. they kept throwing in my front yard. after I started to fix up building they don't do it that often. I had a new garbage bin stolen few times.
That first month I got like a few k $ worth of garbage tickets from the city. thanks to my chimp ass neighbors. worse thing is I always get tickets instead of my neighbors who been there for decades don't clean up anything. difference is I pay the city the tickets. Also the ticket folks in the area is also part of the tribe. lame tickets like one damn recycle item someone from the hood threw into my garbage cans into the normal bin. anyway they suck ass.
When I left dumpster there for renovation. I got everyone's garbage from the neighborhood. they could have thrown that stuff out in the normal nyc garbage. I don't understand the idiots. they had to waste my space in the dumpsters etc.. That I had to pay for. renovation garbage can't be thrown out in normal garbage etc...

It's clear to see here that the problem is not the dirty niggers, it's the city officials, the police and Waste Management notallthere.gifWest Oakland activist Shirley Burnell was so disgusted by the garbage on the streets she invited city officials and representatives from Waste Management on a tour for an up close look at the problem. Burnell said she believes the Oakland Police Department could be doing more. -

The city is so busy skimming money from the till that they could care less about the neighborhoods. They let it become slums so they can ticket everyone and make $$ that way. Also, the niggers could care less whether they live in rat and roach infested scum. They feel at home in this enviroment.

Mayor Quan said that the city is asking residents to report dumpers by snapping photos of license plates, but some activists say that's just another example of the city asking the public to do its job.

allowing us to have the necessary resources".

Just like niggers in Africa and Haiti, they'd literally rather let the garbage sit there until the stench is unbearable and they're dying of bubonic plague before raising a finger and doing something about it. You never see nigger bucks banding together and taking charge to better their community. They all just sit like porchmonkeys expecting humans to do everything for them. Most of these jigs don't even pay the taxes that are meant for waste management services.
Garbage is piling up in the streets? Get directions to the fucking dump and drop it off yourself! Boy, that was hard? I'm surprised these feral apes don't want YT to wipe their stinkin black asses as well.
