Opening arguments are expected to begin Tuesday in the trial of a man charged in the death of a college student from Georgia.

Laurence Lovette, Jr., 21, is charged with first-degree murder in the 2008 death of 22-year-old Eve Carson of Athens.

This makes me really sad y'all! I'm so thankful that my state of Texas has the death penalty for just such occasions. I really don't agree with plea deals being made when the penalty could be death. Especially when the nigs going to do nothing but suck out all of our taxes every year for ? long.
You can get used to anything given time to do so. Prison being one of them.
I can really understand why the family would "agree" with the plea deal. I mean life with no parole means he won't be getting out. The devastation they must feel has to be endless. They probably just wanted to get it behind them and done as to have some sense of hope in moving forward in life.
I haven't bothered to look for any legal video on this but there's plenty of it on the Channon Christian and Christopher Newsom trials. You can almost feel the way it was eating at the heart and soul of Channon's father. No human should ever have to go through everything he had to sit through and hear.
There's an ugly part to it though. Most ppl are once again brainwashed by the MSM into thinking that prisons are some ungodly place where people get lit on fire while they sleep. Get raped on a daily basis. Shanked. And everything else they see on TV. Throw in some history channel BS documentaries about all these different prison gangs and that solidifies it even more.
Truth is it's a concrete and steel daycare of sorts. They'll sit around a majority of the day. Play some cards. Watch TV if they have one. Listen to radio. Shoot some B-ball outside of the skoo. Also get their 3 hots and a cot.
Life in prison is nothing but a joke as compared to what it's played out as. They'd be more useful filling out all sorts of roles. Like disease and treatment testing. They know what causes cancer. I'm sure they can figure out a way to make it happen and then use lifers as test monkeys for all sorts of treatments and cures. No need for that unlucky human who happened to develop it to go under some experimental treatment. They've already done the experiments.
Think of the headway that would be made in AIDs research with all the new human testing material?
Ballistics research.
Vehicle crash protection systems. That could even double up if lets say they were paralyzed in their workmobile. Spinal repair research block for you now Jamal.
I know that's an insane idea. But a system in place like that would probably make the minority that makes up the majority of the prisons from committing acts that would put them there. Just a long rant
