Whats with this plea agreement bullshit? Didn't the DA have enough evidence for a conviction? If I were that little girl's father, I would not stop until I was in prison with him, just so I could dispatch some TRUE justice. I am not afraid of prison, I made a lot of friends in 8 years there- if anything like this ever happened to my beautiful wife or daughter, I would simply rob a bank and immediately turn myself in in order to get sent inside.... There is no death penalty in this state and I could not allow anyone to live who did this to my lady.
