You know what cattle guards are, right? They're those horizontal steel grates they put across roads in rural areas to keep cattle from crossing. It seems Harvard-educated Barack Obama learned they have over 100,000 of them in Colorado, so in response to local ranchers protesting changes in grazing policies he ordered that half of the cattle guards in the state be fired.
