Everypne else comes HERE for medical care as anything can be had. Elsewhere as in any socialist country, there is an issue of the government not having the money to give you a miserable allotment when you are (a) seriously ill or (b) old enough and therefore ready to go to the state run fertilizer factory. Costs do catch up. I read horror stories regularly from English papers telling of people on beds in corridors, no treatment available, etc. The high end patients don't suffer this but everyone else might. The Fearless Leader of Newfoundland or some such place came here for some serious heart medical work. That caused some cackling and flapping in the Canadian hen house.

People think medical care is cheap because most of them never actually pay for it except for deductibles. That's why costs soar. No one knows until their insurance rates go up. In socialist systems high taxes on gasoline, liquor, etc, pay those costs. Even so there isn't enough money to go around so, as in Holland, some patients are likely to be gassed and burned.

In America, and no doubt elsewhere, there is high waste and fraud plus bureaucratic losses. We have a problem with illegal aliens who pay no taxes, are underpaid and under the counter to boot so there are no tax deductions, and who by law must receive emergency care without question - which would likely happen anyway. But they suck down huge costs for calling the fire department cause someone's gotten a sore tummy, for example. They clog the hospitals, the schools, the welfare rolls, and the prisons. It won't end because Nigbama and his looney white slavers want to turn America into a third world morass which they think they will run. The country will be nigrified because of hate and total stupidity on the part of its morally degenerate white leaders. The productive working classes will be caring for the incompetent endlessly multiplying scum hordes of invaders.
