I only took one really lefty course in college, a Soc course on sex roles taught by a Marxist grad student who was originally from Turkey. I can't imagine why a commie feminist wouldn't feel welcome in Turkey, but so it goes.

I learned early on not to open my mouth, when she described the 'Rhett Butler carrying Scarlet O'Hara up the stairs' scene in Gone with the Wind as an off-screen rape. I started to question that but decided not to dig myself in deeper. Even though many of the female students in the class would probably have gone for summa dat "rape" (Clark Gable was legendary for his bad breath, though), I could see I was digging myself deep into a hole.

I don't think I ever had a nigger professor at least, I certainly can't recall it. Maybe some guest lecturers but not in charge of the course.

The psychological phenomenon of people being attracted to those who resemble themselves and people they come into contact with most often is thoroughly studied and written about in reputable scholarly journals. The fact that this "professor" immediately dismisses your statement of fact as "naive" only reveals his own intellectual deficiency and lack of objectivity. I bet he was one of those African Studies or Colonialism and Diaspora PhD's. They have no concept of what academic writing is or what an academic is supposed to be. Those types of degrees are just watered down junk history, economics, and sociology. These type of academics get no respect from their peers in other departments and they bitch and moan about no one taking them seriously.

This is true because we just studied it in my psychology class. People tend to be attracted to others who are similar in levels of attractiveness and IQ, ethnic and religious background, education, and what types of values and beliefs they have. What a moron that professor is, and incredibly brainwashed as well. African Studies is complete bullshit. The hall in our school had nothing but ooga booga masks for REAL African Studies. The other 99% was about Africans in THIS country and what they've done/babbled about/written. ALL of the pictures in the halls were of American niggers.
