LAGRANGE, Ga. -- A metro Atlanta mother is charged with cruelty to children after authorities said she circumcised her 10-month-old daughter.
Melody Onyonyor, 35, of LaGrange, was arrested following an investigation by the Troup County Sheriff’s Office and the Division of Family and Children Services (DFCS).
Investigators said a relative of the infant’s father noticed that the child appeared to have been circumcised.
The infant was taken to Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta to be examined by a doctor, where it was determined that there had been some form of surgical removal of the infant’s clitoris, investigators said.
In addition to child cruelty, Onyonyor is also charged with female genital mutilation.

Though the clitoris actually has a "foreskin" surrounding most of the outer (and visible) portion what the Afreak-coons do when "circumcising" a female is REMOVE THE ENTIRE CLITORIS!!!!!!!!!!!! OUCH!!! This is done SPECIFICALLY so the nigger sow is denied pleasure from sexual relations. It seems to me that they need to start "circumcising" the bucks in Afreaka, this might help solve the rape problem and halt the transmission of HIV which could potentially infect humans.

This is only practiced in the nigger part of Africa. In extreme cases, the labia is cut off and then sown up to be ripped open on its wedding day. Many die from infections so I could care less. In fact, maybe this practice can be encouraged in the western world.
