Additional charges filed, in brutal mob beating of 58-year-old man

HAMPTON, Va. (WAVY.com) -- The suspects accused of a mob beating in Hampton are now charged with Gang Participation.

On May 10, 2008, a 58-year-old man was riding his bicycle on Settlers Landing Road near Stewart Street when a group of five young men pulled him off his bike, threw him to the ground then repeatedly kicked and hit him.
