KISSIMMEE, Fla. -- A man was shot in the middle of a crowded Kissimmee flea market Wednesday. Eyewitness News learned that an incense vendor pulled out a gun and shot another vendor...
Osceola County deputies say an argument between the two vendors started because of a fight over a kids' game.
The man was shot twice and received minor injuries to his hand and leg. He was airlifted to Orlando Regional Medical Center for treatment...
"I was just walking and he shot me, no reason at all and shot me," said Perez...
"One of the kids in the booth was playing with a laser and using it and it offended him," said Mateo.
Perez said he argued with the vendor that day, but thought it was over. David Perez said he is thankful that he is going to be ok, but he's worried about retaliation.
"I'm just glad I got my life. He had no reason to shoot me," Perez said.
The accused shooter was taken into custody. Deputies say charges against him are pending.
