Police have identified the men involved in a fatal shooting near a South Beach parking garage.
Chonshi Thompson, 18, was killed in the Thursday morning shooting. Sandro Louis, 18, and Cesar Gonzalez, 21, were wounded. All three men were from the Fort Lauderdale and Pompano Beach areas.
