I have audacity and I've used it a bit,but I can't figure out if it can do this because it's not very beginner-friendly or self-explanatory. If it's possible to do this with audacity, could anyone explain how?

I'm a total newbie at this stuff,but I'm thinking of doing some music-related parodies,niggeroke, and whatnot.
