Had a job a while back in sales, out of about 20 total workers, about 18 YTs, and a couple of part-time jablambas. Everything was pretty good....den we gots ta daversify some mo. Hired 4-5 mo full-time knuckle-draggers, a female beaner, a lesbian, and a male princess. Took about 4 months for the stealing and lying to get revved-up. Now I (and 2 or 3 other YTs) be unemployed. Not necessarily. I work in a factory. Supervision knows who they can rely on to get the job done. While the lazy fool around, the supervisors will go get the only one(s) who they can count on to do the job. The real workers get singled out to do more while the lazy play on the computers. It's a lot of extra work for some and none for others.

I remember in high school there were so many black students enrolled; however, in all of my classes, the ethnic backgrounds of the students were limited to Caucasian, Asian (Japanese, Chinese, Korean, etc..), Indian (India), and maybe 1 or 2 black kids.

I used to always wonder where were those other black kids I would see during the morning before classes. Then I learned that the majority of those kids were in remedial courses. Even at the college that I attended there were few blacks. The usual mix is White, Asian, and Indian.

In today's business world, especially large corporations it takes an act of god to fire a nigger.

The documentation, investigating, witnesses, paperwork all must be perfect to get a nig fired.

The unions scream the loudest, the media and NAACP/local nig groups start talking and you have to fight all this. You are talking hundreds of hours of extra work to get a nig (its not just nigs either any AH employee) out the door. Nigs are the hardest as they are a protected class.

Then the supervisor/management person handling the case get's accussed of being a racist then that person is investigated. The supervisor is ilooked at back to the day they were concieved, and has to defend themselves. With new laws the corporations are not obliged to provide you with legal assistance in all cases and they will run for cover if they think they can get away with it.

Been there done that, seen it happen to more than one manager.

The nig files with the Feds crying racism and sheeit and it starts all over. Laywers get rich and the manager gets screwed.

We wonder why manufacturers have moved offshore ? More niggers you've got the higher the insurance premiums, medical coverage for employees, theft and pilfrage, lost time accidents, Human Resources overheads, lawyers, etc.

Yes, "diversity" is a code word for niggers, sometimes it can mean niggers ONLY (which is truly a hypocrisy and outright lie). TRUE diversity is one as you described, where you have a wide range of HUMANS working together. I think the word that people should use for this false diversity should be discrimination. I would say it's discrimination because they are giving preferential treatment to the nigger beast to the point that humans are discouraged from participation. However, considering that niggers run rampant in a "diverse" environment, I would not want to work there at all.
