SOIL also has to convince villagers to tear down unsanitary toilets. Such was the case recently in Shada, where villagers had constructed toilets over an estuary.

i dont know if anyone here has ever actually been to haiti...i have and it is a shit hole of biblical proportions with NO redeeming qualities whatsoever. the vast majority of other infested shitholes ive been around the world to generally have some redeeming qualities, even if they are minimal, such as picturesque landscape or nice scenery. the universe would be a better place if a few multi-megaton nuclear warheads were dropped right into the center of the shithole that is haiti.
