As a St. Louis area resident today, I can tell you that little has changed. My first summer there, the beggar problem was so bad that it was ridiculous. But it's gotten much better.

The nigger-lovers claim that "racial tension" here is high. Gee, ya think? I see it as a good thing, meaning whites here understand that niggers are vile animals. But any sensible person with enough coontact will come to that conclusion.
