Kirk Manuel came up with an idea that's sure to illicit a few chuckles. But for him, it's all serious business and it's all about marketing to his target audience. 'Head Strong' condoms aren't just any condoms, they're condoms for NIGGER BUCKS.
"We don't offer colors, we don't offer flavors, we offer protection," says Manuel. "Be headstrong enough to protect yourself." DO THEY OFFER MAGNUM SIZES FOR THOSE BIG DIKS NIGGERS ARE ALWAYS BRAGGING ABOUT
No frills, no alterations, just a plain-old condom. What's different is how it's marketed and where its sold. The numbers are staggering. The Memphis metro area ranks number one in the country for Clamydia and Gonorrhea and number two for Syphilis. And HIV? NIGGERS should be concerned the most. NIGGERS account for 90 percent of the new HIV cases in Shelby County. Manuel thinks his idea to market a condom for the NIGGER BUCK, in poor neighborhoods, will bring that number down.

"Most places you can go in you can buy MALT LICKAH, you can buy some liquor, but you can't always find a condom," says Manuel.
Shanell McGoy with the Shelby County Public Health Department says, "I think it is a good step forward in that if the condoms are affordable and accessible to the population that needs it most, perhaps we will see more usage of the condoms."
In fact, Manuel is giving the condoms free to clinics and is selling them wholesale to neighborhood stores for just 25 cents a piece. He hopes the low cost will keep unwanted pregnancy and disease down.
