Thinking of moving to Portland, ME area

I am working on getting my LPN nursing license. Once I get through school and then work around here for awhile to gain experience, I am thinking of moving to the Portland, ME area.

I know there are not a lot of niggers there but I want to know if anyone here knows what the cost of living is and about how much LPN's make. Also, what are the good things and bad things about living there?

Oh yea, if anybody else can suggest another place with a low nigger population that has a lot of nursing jobs and a cost of living that isn't outrageous ( outrageous as in apartments starting at $750 and houses starting at $1200).I would love to know. I want to be able to rent an apartment that is clean and decent for under $600 and a house for under $900.

There are niggers in Portland. I live in Maine. If you want to live in Maine and be relatively nigger free then move to somewhere like South Berwick and work in Portsmouth NH which is right over the state line. Portland is going to have high rents.
