Here is some interesting but not surprizing information on the inability of the great inventors of Africa to make water accessible to themselves. This is the application of hundreds of years old (1100 BC) technology for drilling and extracting water. It takes YT to get it done.

The percussion drill is one of the oldest known tools for making holes in the ground to get water. Records show that it was used by the Chinese in 1100 BC and it still is a very popular method of drilling today. The early percussion drills used strips of bamboo tied together with a heavy metal weight on the tip.
I'm afraid this rather simple method for making a well is still way
too complicated for the Afreakan niggers.
