Darkies are always looking for a handout. They were doing nigger dances of happiness when they thought the city was going to pay them for their dead relatives. After all, they know gubmint is always giving them money just for being niggers. Some nigger ministers even told their congregations that free money is being given away. Poor dumb niggers. They were outraged to find it was a hoax.

The city of Woodruff says a letter promising a “citizen’s death benefit” for those who have lost loved ones is a hoax. The letter was delivered anonymously to at least five Nigger churches in Woodruff. It says that all citizens who have had a relative die in the city of Woodruff since September 2006 are entitled to $1500.
It tells them to bring the death certificate to city hall to collect their payment. It has Mayor Paul Bell’s address printed on the envelope, and it contains the mayor’s name and telephone number, along with the names and numbers of two Nigger council members.
But Mayor Bell says the letter is a hoax perpetrated by someone who is upset with the city for paying a $1500 death benefit to the widow of a firefighter.
The churches that received the letter are upset by this.
Two ministers actually red the letter out loud to their congregation, thinking it was the real deal. :trllA lot of people got their hopes up, thinking they were qualified for this money.
