Concerned by the failed attempts, Ohio Governor Ted Strickland delayed the execution, and a federal judge has pushed it back until at least September 28, pending appeals.

But Broom's lawyers filed papers in state and federal court today, contending that Ohio shouldn't have a second chance to subject Broom to lethal injection.

As I said before, about this same savage, you can easily find a vein by wrapping the tourniquet around the middle of the arm & dangle it over the side of the stretcher for 5 - 10 minutes letting gravity help build it up or by using an ultrasound/doppler machine. If all else fails, just kill him the same way he did the victim.

It's too bad that all states who have the death penalty don't have all of these "options" on the table. If one fails, go onto the next. You just know that if worse comes to worse, a bullet from a marksman wouldn't fail. :cool:

If the powers that be are concerned about being humane as possible-although if a nigger is the customer,I really can't see where that should be an issue-institute the guillotine. Only a couple of moving parts,no electricity needed,no exotic chemicals needed. And it can be maintained with a can of WD40 and a whetstone. A little bit on the messy side,but hell,that's why you set them up close enough to reach with a high pressure water hose. And once that nigger's head is off,no amount of sewing it back on will bring it back to life.
