My name is Scotty Reid and I am researching a website called using the web addresses www.chimpout.org and www.chimpout.com.

The website is undoubtedly promotes racism and hatred for people of African descent. The reason I am contacting to you is because apparently it using a product of your company or your sister company Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.

The footer lists Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd and one can easily associate your company as hosting this website, owning, or facilitating racial animosity and hate.

I have a series of questions for you.

1. Does Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd/Internet Brands, Inc own and/or operate the website www.chimpout.com/www.chimpout.org?

2. If the answer to question one is no, then what is your company policy on providing your product to clients that use your product to propagate hate that is not conducive to maintain a civilized society?

3. What action does your company plan to take if any against the use of your product in such a manner?

It is the opinion of the Black Talk Media Project that companies who allow their web platforms and products to be utilized by the clients to engage in hate speech that seeks to incite and encourage racist thoughts that quite often lead to individuals taking violent and discriminatory action against the targets of the hate speech.
