Checking facts from US Consesus site, it appears that the NW (and especially Idaho and Montana at around 0.5% nigger each), is the best place to be to avoid niggers.

It should be noted, however, that while niggers may not be as prevalent as we might believe, their "culcha" (cRap, etc.) has a much further reach than they do, broadcasting their niggershines around for all to "enjoy" (for example my State - California - has a nigger rate of 6.2%, but if you counted everybody who acted like niggers, it would seem like it was around 90% or higher).
