My cousin's wife's mother recently went on a mission trip to New Orleans. She said it looked as if the storm had just happened. It looks like Africa.

Yeah, I'm told the only decent area is the french quarter, the outside areas still look like hell. I drove through there on the I-10 a few months ago and from what I could see it looked like total crap, the Superdome looked like shit, even the air seemed fucked up and this with out even getting off the highway. I was really afraid to exit for any reason. I kept one gun on the seat and my side arm out just in case. 3 years after and those niggers still can't wipe their own ass, yet Iowa and Missouri are all ready back on track. :goll
