Rapist strikes again: Fiend breaks into apartment, robs and assaults woman

A serial rapist preying on women in upper Manhattan has struck again - raping a woman at knifepoint Monday after breaking into her apartment through a window, police said.
The shocking attack was the sicko's fourth rape since Aug. 1 - and the first committed inside a victim's residence.
All four attacks included robberies and took place within a 14-block stretch in the neighborhoods of Sugar Hill, Hamilton Heights and Washington Heights.
The most recent attack - the first since Aug. 18 - occurred about 1 a.m. at a seven-story building on St. Nicholas Ave. in Sugar Hill.
Shocked neighbors said cops told them the rapist hopped from a neighboring building's roof to a fire escape that led to an open bathroom window in the victim's seventh-floor apartment.
The 28-year-old Asian victim was sleeping at the time and awoke to find the rapist threatening her with a large kitchen knife.
He sexually assaulted her and swiped $40, her iPhone and other personal items, then shoved her into a closet and fled out the apartment door.
Cops yesterday were scouring neighboring blocks, handing out sketches of the suspect and searching area rooftops, taking possession of any items they could find.
