Following his links, it was just some local German coat of arms that had a 'black man' on it, or rather a human face or figure that was colored black for whatever reason. This seems to be behind most of nigger fables, old artwork with 'black' people on it.

PS: the flags/coats of arms are real. Even the current pope has a nigger on his coat of arms. The nigger is meant to depict a Moor associated with Freising, Germany. The origins are unknown, but date back to 1316. If I had to guess, I would say that the origin may lye with a defeat of a moor invasion, but it is only a guess. And of course, according to nigger logic, just because a nigger is on a flag, they think niggers were the original species in that area. I bet they also think griffins and dragons existed too.

I actually know some of those guys. None of the men that were in the video, however. These are good guys, but a little fucking nuts. They got balls though. I like them because none of them ever hide thier faces. (I can relate).
