Brazil is the largest country in South America, and its
economy is among the ten largest in the world. It would
not be unreasonable to call it 'The United States' of
South America. But, like the U.S., it has a severe problem:
niggers.

Brazil was inhabited for centuries by Amerindians. In 1500,
Portuguese colonizers arrived and the country became
independent in 1822 (even having a King for a while).
Brazil made the tragic mistake of importing a colossal number
of African coons as slaves, something that would prove to
be the nation's curse. In 1888, Brazil was the last country
in the Americas to abolish slavery. Almost 50% of Brazilians
identify as white, while around 42% are classified as "pardo",
meaning they have varying amounts of nigger blood. 7% identify as
simply digusting, smelly niggers. In other words, more than half

In my opinion yes, there is a "safer" level of niggers. There is no such thing as a "safe" level except of zero but I believe the safer level is around 10%. Remember that niggers have the chimp mentality and will revert back to the innerchimp when around other fellow niggers.

This is assuming that for every 10 people you see, one would be a nigger hence the nigger would be all alone amongst the other 9. Also, if you look at stats, communities that keep this level of niggers and obviously lower are generally safer communities. I also feel it's somewhat relative to the overall population ie. according to (and take it with a grain of salt) the U.S. Census, we have 13% nigger. 10% would be less and manageable and would allow for a deviation of the nigger curve ie. magic niggers. Once you get closer to and eventually over the 13%, the results will become catastrophic and decline in the area is inevitable. This is clearly seen in just about every newer city that has started out with a near zero nigger population and has grown to up and over that 10% figure.

I think only a fool would assume that "oh, it's just a side-effect of progress" when it's always clear that when towns and cities grow and the nigger population stays low, crime and overall jaboonery grows only tenths of a percent, while areas with massive niggerfuxation spikes crime rates quickly and violently accordingly to their niggerfuxation.

When I was in the USN my ship stopped at Rio de Janeiro for 4 or 5 days of R&R and I&I.

Being a former ad-man I can tell you the big reason being Oprah is because Brasil, unlike us, does a fantastic job of hiding the fact that they are niggerfuxated. Notice it's quite rare for them to show images of Recife that doesn't contain hard-body tanned chicks with fake knockers.

Now, many metro-areas in the U.S. do this as well when they advertise in Europe and Asia. Miamuh-dikk always shows ads of South Beach, Coconut Grove and Little Havana exclusively but never shows you outside of that (you have to watch 'The First 48' for that). L.A. always shows the Beverly Hills or Malibu or the Hollywood Hills but never actually gets down to the Hollywood streets. That's way to expensive, boats are the best. Just get some old hulks and then beach them on the shore of West Africa. The nigs then can strip them for copper & other metal scrap if they didn't already do that. Chances are they would do each other in 1/2 way across the South Atlantic.
