That is total insanity. Why would you want to keep niggers _in_
your city? I've been on vacation to SF a couple of times, and I

A good idea, if it weren't for the well-being of the human residents...

On the other hand, if we export them everywhere, and somehow manage to contain their reproduction, it could make them easier to manage, given that their strength comes in numbers.
