A land agent called me this morning with a great nigger-logic story.
This lady had been showing houses to a couple of groids for the past twp weeks and had taken no less than thirty calls on her cell phone during this period. The neighbourhood destroyers decided on a hobble and she put the paperwork into action. It turns out neither groid had a job and no money or active bank account and were even living in public housing. Their plane was to buy the house and take the "FIRST TIME HOME BUYER TAX INCENTIVE" and make the payments on the mortgage till they found a job.These entitlement raised groids just get dumber and dumber as the minutes pass!
