Anyone read this book? I've been told by a couple people that this is one of those books that will change your perspective of life. Something about realizing what is truly important in life or something like that. I've finished about 1/5th of the book and I feel like I've gotten nothing out of it.

For anyone who's read the book, what are your thoughts?

Heard of it, but never actually read it...I'm going to look it up in its
original Spanish and see if it's that good. To be fair, all I've read from
Gabriel García Márquez is 'The Story of a Shipwrecked Sailor' which is
a really good read, but not "deep".
