Before I started my own business I worked for several companies. Most of that time was here in CT where I had very little coontact on the job.
While living in Louisiana, I worked for a shipbuilder and at least 1/2 the workforce was composed of niggers.
One day, I was chatting with the one of the people in the employment office and he said that out of 5,000 employees, 1/3 of that had to be replaced every 4 months. I inquired further and was told that most of what they got rid of were niggers. What a surprise!!
For several months, I worked as a Shipfitter which involved fitting and tack welding steel together.
In all that time I met and worked with many a nigger and only one of them could read a blueprint correctly, take a measurement accurately and work hard. I actually did learn quite a bit of the trade from him. But, this nig had green eyes and I'd say he probably was 1/8 nig.
The company eventually transferred me to the machine shop.
There were 2 nigger machinists there and neither one of they could do much other than run a drill press and de-burr. There were 2 coons that were crane operators and to get them to do a lift, I'd have to go to the foreman and have him put some fire under the niggers asses.
They were both totally useless & though just because they could do a heavy lift (50 tons or more) they were entitled to top pay.
Well, the company thought different and paid them around mid-scale.
All 4 niggers retired and they hired Whites to replace them and after that, the machine shop always got their work done is less that the allotted time and we had almost no scrap at all.
I saw one of the machinist coons fuck up a bearing that was worth around 200,000 dollars!

As far as civilian nogs go, negative, known very very few worth a damn in my estimation wrt to credit or hard work on the job...and I grew up around more than a few nogs. I met even less that were worth a fuck in college. We had a few there and they were generally lazy. 4F nailed it above -- In my career now I've been extremely lucky - the ones I deal w/are their cream of the crop - they can't have any felony priors or more than one drug misdemeanor (though that's changing as we need more folks), have to have a h.s. diploma and have to be able to pass rigorous physical fitness tests - so by virtue of the system some of them are molded into a passable human. However, they do wash out more as a whole as Fee-Fi-Fo mentioned. Of all the recruits we got, them and another very small minority group all leave nameless (as this is about jigs) are the bottomfeeders. BTW - these fuckers cannot swim to save their shitter lives. Always made me wonder (until I realized that they're not homo sapien but erectus) why they joined certain branches that are inherently around water or expected to operate from it in some manner.

Importing the Chinese was pure logistics. It was cheaper to ship them from Shanghai than it was to ship niggers overland or around Cape Horn. Any benefit from that transaction was purely accidental.

In a nutshell, I have realistically looked at over 10000 applications, of all races. I do not know how many white, latin, spanish people we have sold to as that number is very large but I can tell you in my 8 years in the industry I have only been able to get ONE nigger a loan and the ONLY reason that they were approved because their "mammy" gave them 5 acres that the "fambly" owned for years and years....making their Loan to Value at about 40%. Even at that they got 12.4% through a private investor on a 7 year balloon.
