Connecticut police say they arrested a 24-year-old Vernon nigger after DNA evidence linked him to a rape and attempted rape at the University of Connecticut.
Robert Morgan sexually assaulted one woman near the Hilltop Apartments in September 2008 after threatening her with a gun. Police say Morgan also threatened another woman with a gun last June, but she fought him off and escaped.
