Charges were filed Monday against a man suspected of killing a decorated Vietnam vet who was gardening in a neighborhood traffic circle in South Seattle last week.

The King County Prosecutor's office filed 2nd degree murder charges against Brian Keith Brown in connection with the death of James Paroline.

Police say Brian Brown, 28, hit James Paroline last week, knocking him to the street where he cracked his skull. Paroline later died at Harborview Medical Center in Seattle.

Witnesses and police say the dispute started when Paroline blocked a car while he watered the garden in the middle of an intersection (at 61st Ave. S. and S. Cooper Street).

What gets me is that he might go free when Al Sharpspear shows up saying that the guy deserved what he got for blocking traffic and hosing down the she boon! I'd call that a community service since that's probably the closest thing she's had to a shower this year!
