Rodney Reed has been claiming innocence for more than 10 years.

Rodney Reed has been claiming innocence for the rape and murder of Stacey Stites since 1996.
He sits on death row with his last hope in hand. In May, Reed's case was heard before the Court of Criminal Appeals.
Fennell, a former police officer, was indicted for raping a woman in custody and tried to cut a plea deal. A county judge rejected it.
