The burning of crosses and the displaying of nooses -- exactly like the toilet paper noose found in the Sullivan Shops last November -- may be felonies after the N.C. Legislature looks at the possibility of changing the law.

?Vice Provost for Diversity and African American Affairs Jose Picart said the possibility of such crimes becoming felonies makes a strong statement about how North Carolina feels about what he called "intimidation crimes."

While I could understand getting charged with misdemeanor littering for leaving a dead nigger in a noose, the only charge that I can imagine that should apply to an empty noose is having one for too long without having the noose occupied by a nigger.

Its illegall because it requires some basic skill and intelligence to tie a functional noose.

Why not ban rope alltogether, or chains for that matter. Why not ban the display of historic ships because they may have transported slaves. While we are at it, lets ban the growing of cotton and any product made of cotton. There is no end to what can be banned to placate the po niggas but no bannings will ever improve their lot in life.

This could go on forever. Its time that the humans called BULLSHIT on this whole fucking charade!!!!
