My boss recommended it to me since I'm going into business, and she said just about anybody can relate to it. Is it worth reading? Can I get it online as PDF?

I thought so, it dispels the myth of winning with honor or win at all costs to simply to what is the best for your interest. He mentions a philosophy of "victory" saying you don't have to fight to win but if you do then fight with anything goes and do things that your enemy doesn't expect (don't be predictable). I wish I've read this earlier in my life, I've read it bits and pieces plus learned a lot of it the hard way on my own, it's much better to learn from others than ourselves.

I recommend Machiavelli's The Prince as well. You can read it online @ scribd.com.

It's pretty profound stuff. Much of it may be too highbrow for business, but generally I think it's a very good read. It puts a lot of emphasis on planning and being unpredictable.
