A 23-year-old man was shot and killed Saturday afternoon in Hartford's North End.-nigbongo
Police called to 218 Capen St. shortly after 4 p.m. found a man suffering from gunshot wounds. The victim was taken to St. Francis Hospital and Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead. fngr
