My daughter lives in Tennessee and is in management training with a large, regional grocery chain. From the reports I get, she is on her way to a promotion within a couple of months and that means a nice pay increase! Not bad for a twenty three year old girl just starting out! Anyway...
I have been in various management positions my entire working life and, as such, I have tried to instill good, sound leadership techniques in her as I knew someday, she would be in a leadership position. Today she took her first big step in that direction and I couldn't be prouder!
Today she fired her first nigger!!! As she is young and somewhat 'low' on the totem pole (so to speak) she catches a lot of the TNB from her nigger charges. Tonight she called us with the good news and how it happened!
Seems she was near the time clock and one of the particularly nasty bucks she's in charge of simply walked right by her, clocked in (right in front of her!) then proceeded to turn back around and walk out the front door! At that time, he whips out his 'Sail fone' and proceeds to chat with his baby mama while on company time (typical fukin nigger arrogance and nerve...)
She followed him outside and asked him point blank what he was doing as he was 'on the clock?' In TYPICAL nigger fashion, he ignored her and went right on talking to his 'ho.' She asked again and this time not only did he ignore her but turned his back on her and walked away, continuing his conversation with Shanaynay.
When he came inside, she called him into the office and TERMINATED HIS FILTHY NIGGER ASS!!!!!!!
I'm sorry for screaming but I'm so damn proud of that kid I could bust! I just had to share my pride and good news with everyone here! Thanks for listening. DRINKS ARE ON ME!!!!! :rock
