Here's what I propose. Obviously, these Senegalese want to work, and go to extraordinary lengths to get to Europe to find work. So let's make them a deal: Europe will take in these boat niggers in exchange for lazy, criminigger, welfare parasites. Win/win: Europe gets the high yellows, and the hate YT niggers get a trip back to their muddlahlan "paradise" where a nigger can be free to be a nigger.

It's still niggerish thinking. It's not the responsibility of gov't to build factories. That is for private investors. So why aren't private investors looking into Senegal as a place for investment? What the gov't needs to do is assure private investors that they won't lose everything to corruption, that contracts will be enforced fairly and impartially, and that there will be a consistant rule of law, and not the whims of politicians.

Perhaps there are no factories in Senegal because it isn't investment friendly?
