L'Oréal has been found guilty of racial discrimination after it hinted that it only wanted young, white women to sell its shampoo in France.

The court was told that a Disticom executive had sent a fax in 2000 saying that Garnier's hostesses should be aged 18 to 22, wear size 38 to 42 clothes and be "BBR".

This stands for "bleu, blanc, rouge" (blue, white, red) — the colours of the French flag — and is a well-known code for white people, La Cour de Cassation was told.

Prosecutors said that Garnier wanted to exclude members of the ethnic minorities on the grounds that they would be less likely to win custom for its shampoo in French stores.

The Paris Appeal Court had fined L'Oréal and Adecco €30,000 each and ordered them to pay a further €30,000 each in damages to SOS Racism.

It also follows last year's denials from L'Oréal executives that they lightened singer Beyoncé Knowles's skin for an advertising campaign.

This is absurd. L'oreal has never been racist.

The L'oreal Dream Team, ie, brand ambassadors for L'oreal, includes niggers like beyonce knowles and kerry washington. Why, even recently, after an intense 18 months of searching and hair pulling( pun intended! ), they finally forced themselves to dig up and drag a sow named terry pheto from her shack in South Africa to sell skincare to SA niggers. So if niggers are chosen specifically to sell creams for hides, why can't a caucasian be chosen to sell shampoo meant for caucasians and other humans? What's so racist about that?

Human brand ambassador beauties of Indian( Ashwarya Rai, Soonam Kapoor ), Chinese( Michelle Yeoh, Gong Li ) and Latino( Penelope Cruz, Eva Longoria ) heritage have no problems seeing L'oreal as very inclusive as well as multicultural and by proxy sending out the message that the products suit everyone( of course we know niggers can't use them. Instead of hiring a sheboon they should hire a horse, have someone shampoo the shit off the horse's tail, a legal disclaimer would also be included to indicate that the shit is similar to a nigger and not to be used often.
