Actually, I wouldn't have a problem with it if they'd put a shackle or handcuff around the wrist (and maybe the fist holding a chicken drumstick). They could also put up a plaque that reads: "CELEBRATE BLACK HISTORY, THE JOURNEY FROM CHAINS TO HANDCUFFS".
