Body Bound In Sheet Found Behind Building

HOUSTON -- A man's body was discovered behind a north Houston building on Friday, KPRC Local 2 reported.

Houston police said the body was dumped in the 4800 block of North Shepherd Drive at about 2 a.m.

Investigators said a hotel resident found the man tied up in a bed sheet.

From the brief story I would say it is to be determined by anyone. If decomp had already set in then it could take "longer" to identify. I would not put it past a nigger to dump a body, but I would suggest the Police look for anything that a normal nigger would screw up, like leaving DNA or signatures of known gangs.
