Minorities Less Likely To Get Narcotics For Pain In Emergency Department

Blacks and Hispanics who go to hospital emergency departments in pain are significantly less likely than whites to get pain-relieving opioid drugs, according to a new study funded by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
The study, which analyzed treatments for more than 150,000 pain-related visits to U.S. hospitals between 1993 and 2005, found 23 percent of blacks and 24 percent of Hispanics received opioids compared with 31 percent of whites. Twenty-eight percent of Asians and other groups received opioids.
"This study provides a particularly compelling reminder that treatment disparities persist among racial and ethnic groups,'' said Carolyn M. Clancy, M.D., director of the HHS Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality. "We have a lot of work to do before high-quality health care is available to everyone."
As a chronic pain patient, I've observed this time and again: niggers are the worst drug seeking race on the face of the the planet. Have any of you ever seen "Trauma: Life in the ER" on Discovery Health? The niggers that come into the emergency rooms across the country ask for "sumptin fo' da pain" for every little injury life throws their way. At my doctor's clinic, I've seen niggers demand Demerol for things as minor as a sprained ankle. How do I know something like that? They're dumb enough to tell the nurse at the front desk that he "needs 150mg of Demerol IM. Anything smaller won't touch his pain." And of course, the boon had visible track marks on his arms and on his ankles. My favorite drug-seeking nigger was the one who evidently didn't get the Vicodin script he so desperately wanted from my doctor. I Could hear him screaming at my doctor in the next room about how he "was going to sue dat dawktuh cuz he beez in pain and only Vicodin works on his back. He can't hardly walk n sheeit." I could hear the doctor say that he saw said nigger carrying his kid through the parking lot and into the front door of the clinic. BUSTED! Then the boon told the doctor that if he didn't write a script for 240 Vicodin right now he was going to burn down the clinic. A nurse heard him say that and called the cops. Five minutes later, the boon has a full ride scholarship to Nigger University; his major is Terroristic Threats.
I have some other stories from a guy I know who is an ER doctor. He started his residency as a liberal, and now he hates niggers more than anyone else I know. When I get some time, I'll pass on some stories of his.
