The only advice that's actually worth anything is this: " Avoid segregating students by cultural groups, and don't allow the students to segregate themselves." Definitely keep your nigger students close enough to your white students so that the niggers can copy. That's about the only way to improve nigger "achievement".

This made me think of one of my earliest coontacts as a kid. Our teacher put us in groups and I was in a group with 3 niggers. We were given a dish with water and oil in it, and our task was to use a thread of yarn to separate the oil from the water. Of course the dumb ass niglets managed to screw up the simplest task.

Trying to educate a nigger is an exercise in futility. 50 years ago niggers demanded to be allowed in White schools, now they want their own schools because the niggers still aren't learning anything. Mathematics and science are difficult even for many humans. Calculus, Chemistry, Physics, and other sciences have not only difficult concepts which require extreme amounts of cognitive function, but also require a great amount of actual discipline. You have to consider that niggerthought is dominated by magical thinking. Fifty years ago, niggers saw that white kids in white schools did better. They naturally figured that a close proximity to white kids would transfer, osmosis-like, the learning and intelligence to the nigger kids. It would be nice to see a school district implement all of these suggestions, with all the bells and whistles, input from all their idiot experts, and the best nigger students. My wife teaches High School upper level math (Trig, Ap Calc and so on.) When it became apparent that the state testing levels in all the subjects were on the way down, year after year, the district came up with a brilliant plan. Take the 'slow kids' (read:Niggers) out of the classrooms (and away from the kids that wanted to learn) and give them "Career education" three days a week. Three times a week they all got shipped to the district's "School for Career Excellence" and were given training in useful things like Automotive care, Landscaping, Restaurant cooking and so on. All very useful things that our community needs.

As you might guess, the test score immediately shot up and all the niggies were happy as they didn't have to do that 'rykiss maff shite' and so on. It was a win/win situation for everybody and nobody complained! You just KNOW where this is going...

As usual, some soft headed, mush-4-brains liberal got their to- to in a wad as they preceived this entire program to be (all together now!) "RASIST!!" "Why are the minority students being removed from the class rooms with the white kids? They have the 'right' to learn Math, Science and Geography too!" (Trumpets please...) And in comes the local chapter of the NAACP!

Before they could even set a court date the district backed down and cancelled the entire program. All 'minorities' were 'reintergrated' back into the regular classes. I need not tell you what happened as you can pretty much figure it out on your own. The problem now was, who was gonna get the blame for the sudden 'reversal' in the state scoring trend?

Was it the niggers who can't do and aren't worth a shit? The ones who create havoc in every class they are in? Could it POSSIBLY be them? Of course not you racist pig. "Dey beez guud chillens jez wanting ta get dems an edjewkation n' sheit!"

Was it the gutless School district who backed down when the niggers said 'Boo!" No, they were only doing what was 'fair and just.'

Who does that leave? The TEACHERS!!! It's THEIR fault! They can't control their classrooms and kids are not learning. This must stop....or else! My wife came home and told me stories almost weekly about how the administrators would threaten their jobs during the weekly conferences. "Those scores BETTER go up during the next testing period or heads will roll!"

My wife has less than ten years till retirement. Seems like a short time but she's not sure she's gonna make it. The pressure is making her nuts. She loves the teaching part. It's all this political horseshit that's killing her. We can't find enough qualified teachers to fill our growing demand as it is and these Goddamn PC, nigger lovers are doing everything they can to drive away the ones they have now!

Maybe it's just me, but a lot of the ways one would teach niggers are also the ways one would teach preschool children.
