These lazy niggers didn't work as much as their human coworkers, and then they sued the union claiming they were discriminated against (still trying to get money without working). Thank goodness there are judges who are able to see through these monkeyshines.

Jul. 9--A group of Niggers belonging to a local construction union were not discriminated against by the union's jobs-referral list, a federal judge ruled Tuesday.
U.S. District Judge Gary A. Fenner said sufficient evidence was not presented to show that Sheet Metal Workers Local 2 discriminated against five union members who brought the lawsuit in January 2006. ... He was not persuaded by a plaintiffs' expert, Arthur Gutman, who found that the mean hours worked by white Local 2 members was 1,566.25 from 2002 to 2006, compared with 1,338.75 for the jungle bunny members for the same period.
"For example, Dr. Gutman failed to consider the individual characteristics of the plaintiffs to determine if there were race-neutral reasons such as a significant percentage of this minority work force worked less hours than the others," Fenner wrote.
Fenner also wrote, "Further, plaintiffs did not contend or attempt to prove a single instance where the union gave anyone a preference contrary to the referral process."
