SPRINGFIELD, Ohio — James Ferguson was sentenced to 65 years in jail without the possibility of parole Friday, May 9.
Ferguson, 48, was convicted April 24 on 18 counts of endangering children, five counts of permitting child abuse and three counts of felonious assault in connection to the abuse of his five adopted children between 2001 and 2004.
