Randy Starks Faces Aggravated Battery Count

MIAMUH-DIKK BEACH, Fla. -- Miamuh-dikk Dolphins player Randy Starks Jr. was arrested in Miamuh-dikk Beach early Sunday morning.
According to police, Starks was driving south on Ocean Drive around 12:22 a.m. in a vehicle occupied by 13 people, including a female who was on his lap.
Officers said the vehicle's seating capacity is four people. :tnb
Starks initially refused to stop the vehicle, police said. When he did, he allegedly veered to the left, striking the officer.
Starks faces one count of aggravated battery on a law enforcement officer.
