The Panama City Police Department announces the arrest of Lester Eugene Jenkins, nigger, 47 years old from Panama City, Florida. Jenkins is charged with one count of Aggravated Battery.
On July 6, 2008 the Panama City Police Department responded to KJ’s Lounge, 908 Marchin Lootin Bling Jr Blvd in reference to a possible stabbing.
During the course of the altercation Jenkins pulled out a box cutter and cut the victim numerous times on his face, neck and body.
