Here's a glance at what's playing on commercial TV, prime time: "The Bachelorette" and "Nashville Star" and "Celebrity Family Feud" and "American Gladiators" and "Wife Swap" and "Dance Machine" and "Funniest Home Movies" and "Extreme Makeover" and of course "Greatest American Dog."
Obama appears to be the people's choice but it's my guess that the people think of it as a reality show and that a vote for Obama is a night "Dancing With The Stars".
This is our culture? Yes, this is it, and I never got around to checking Billboard for the latest hits in music. I'm afraid to find out.

I share this man's sentiments exactly, and it's odd that I made the same observations earlier myself. I, unfortunately, had it turned to Hardball with Chris Matthews. I watched it for a few seconds and everything was Obama this, Obama that. Oh McCain is unexciting, blah blah motherfucking blah. I turned it to another show centered around politics, same shit. Turned to another, same shit once again.
I'm thinking to myself...Aside from Obongo being a nigger, Obongo is obviously the worst candidate that this country has had in decades. Anyone that would merely open up one of his "books" or do ANY kind of research WHATSOEVER on their candidate would know these obvious things. Then I thought about something else. American Idol, Big Brother, MTV, the popularity of cRap, and the rest of the shows he mentioned. Americans are, for the most part, brainless twits. They are entertained by people with no talent, on shows that have no storyline or plot whatsoever.
It is honestly not very surprising that people are going nuts over Obongo. After all, many guilty whites will do whatever it is in their power to act like they like niggers. Have you heard the bullshit they play on the radio nowadays? It is no wonder people have no taste in anything, they have no brains. Hardly anything of worth has come out of Hollywood or from a music studio in years, yet people swoon over it as if it were the best there ever was.
People are entertained by nothing. I swear I could get up on stage dressed in a suit jacket, tank top, ripped off shorts, a cowboy hat and a pearl necklace singing nursery rhymes and I'd be considered an edgy and modern musical genius. Just for the hell of it, I'd start lip-syncing old classics (with no musical support of my own, of course) and the crowd would be on their feet. Don't make me start doing stupid George Bush impressions, then they'd be on the floor rolling! I'd be a national hero!
All I'm saying is, much to our chagrin as intelligent human beings, the guy is probably right that the majority of America deserves Obongo. America is full of a bunch of dim-witted, braindead (not to mention brainwashed), talentless airheads that have nothing better to do than sit on their asses and watch fictional TV shows about "reality". Gone are the days of research, independent study, introspection, analytical and critical thinking, and hell...even books. Common sense is no longer common.
