Nov 26th 1996 Stacey Balas was working at a Subway restaurant She was murdered by her boss ex-con Larry Wade.
I have known Stacey Balas' family (to date)38yrs I Wrote to Larry Wade after he raped a woman Mar.97 he got 10 yrs no parole
He wrote me some of the most sickning "love letters" you have ever read
My SOUL reason writing to him was to get him to tell me what he did to Stacey. It took about 8 yrs.
He wrote he would never get caugth for Killing Stacey b/c "no body no crime"
I was told by 1 cop "We'll have to wait until he gets out kills some1 else & then get him." Really? like you got him for Stacey?
I kept writing to him trying to get him to tell me. I kept calling the cops nagging them to talk to him
Nov 2005 = murder chagers against him for Stacey murder 9 &1/2 yrs be4.
May 2006 3 days be4 mothers day. Wade in court & told Stacey mother how he raped & killed her only daugther & put her body in the trash. He told this As Stacey blind 80y.o grandma listened from a wheelchair
He made a deal of 20 to life. If paroled he will sill a rapist & killer.I know this b/c as he wrote me he told me of other crimes he wanted to do. He will rape & kill girls that were not even born in 96 or 2006
He got to pick the prison he lives in. One that he "thinks" he can run & is the soft & nice for him.
We want him moved.To Lucasville,prison in Oh where he can do hard time.
It seems the part that upsets most ppl the most about Stacey & what happened to her Is the way her family & I feel about Wade & if we call him a name. And if we want him in a real prison. Not a "hotel for rapist"
We also don't care nor want to hear that "white men do the same thing."
The ppl at the Oh prisons are there to "babysit" him to keep him happy & safe
All we are asking is that he be moved to a REAL prison not a hotel for rapist like he lives in now
When he took Stacey he took the very best part of all of us.He did not have to make her an angel She was one to everyone that knew her.
The world would be a better place & safer place with him dead. But, Oh did not vaule Stacey's life enough to put him on death row. They put him in a hotel The one & only thing that hurts Larry Wade is to call him the "N" word. That is what he would seem to be. For some reason if we call him this word. People think we are calling every1 it. However I have yet to find the real black person that lives a decent life & wants to be called "black" BUT also wants Wade called black like them.
No,him being in prison is NOT enough. He is as happy as you could be in the prison he is in.

Nov 26 1996 was a Tue & right before Thanksgiving day that is 1 reason the cops didn't want to work
Wade murdered Stacey right after she hung up the phone from talking to her boyfriend making a date to have dinner Thur to tell their whole family they planned to marry. Sometime between 11;45pm & 12am Wade did what he did
I happen to remember right where I was & what I was doing at that time. B/C Nov.26, 1996 was my 36Th B-day. It haunts me to this day, as it always will
When Wade took Stacey. He also took from her family & friends. He took everything.But, the courts left him W/ a home in a prison he thinks he runs & left him W/ hope that he may get out someday.
He didn't leave Stacey family & friends W/ hope they would ever see Stacey again, or could even go to her grave.
{Special note to the Oh Parole board; If you ever give Wade Parole he WILL kill again. I don't care what he says. He knows now even better now how to try to get away with it. He is only saying "I am sorry" b/c he has to. And who really cares if he is sorry?For what he did he never needs to be out.
Members Oh Parole board: Your names are public record. IF you EVER give Larry Wade parole "we" will be sure that your names & the fact that you voted to let him out, Are on the news & in the newspapers. From the home town Oh news all the way to the CNN world news.
This is not a threat it is a promise. You ppl have let Wade out time & time again to rob, rape & kill.
The next mother of the next girl he does this to will know the names of the ppl that let him out. You can explain to that next crying mother why her daughter is dead & body missing forever.
{Special note to Larry Wade; you use to cry in your letters the KKK was always after you. Had we gotten to you, you would of wished the KKK had you rather then us
We will do everything we can to keep you in prison until you die & plant you FACE DOWN (so you can see where you are going) You said Nobody would care about Stacey & her death. You were WRONG!
Please anyone, we just want him to be just as misable as he has made us. Is there any1 watching this that can help us get him moved from Madison CI to Lucasville,Oh prison?
