A woman has blown the whistle on ballers who park their whips in handicapped spaces in front of a N.J. restaurant.


Maryann Cottrell -- whose daughter is severely disabled -- is suing the Landmark Americana Tap and Grill for violating the Americans with Disabilities Act. She says the joint lets perfectly healthy people -- like Donovan McNabb and Jeremiah Trotter -- park in those spots for no good reason.

McNabb was fined by a judge back in 2006 for parking in the Landmark's handicapped spots.

I am handicapped, walk with a cane. I can never find a handicapped space at Nig-Mart. Someone must have told niggers those blue signs say "nigger Parking only" A few years ago, bastards even stole my handicapped card!!

Also, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation is investigating whether the star's uncle, Greg Iverson, was properly given a handicapped placard. Iverson's cars -- among them a $325,000 Rolls Royce Phantom, a Cadillac Escalade and a 1999 Mercedes Benz -- have been seen in handicapped spots at Philadelphia International Airport, outside the 76ers' practice facility and a downtown apartment building garage.

Joan Nissley, a PennDOT spokeswoman, said the agency's medical unit was looking into the placard.

Greg Iverson, 41, defended parking in handicapped spots, noting that he had the placard. He didn't answer when asked by a Daily News reporter what his handicap is.
