Cleveland, OH - New developments in a Caught on Tape shooting.
Police have arrested the suspect accused of gunning down a father at a Cleveland gas station.
William "Happy" Neal was arrested on Thursday, July 3rd for the June 20th shooting of Fazliddin Yakubov at the Superior Certified gas station located at 7608 Superior.
Yakubov was shot three times in the stomach while he was filling up his Nissan.
He remains in critical condition at Metro.
